Welcome Center Ambassador Weekends - William Chris Vineyards
At William Chris Vineyards we are all hands-on deck - all the time. The action never stops. Since we are growing fast, we’re looking to add Welcome Center Ambassador to the team. This individual is responsible for creating the first and last impression of the William Chris Vineyards experience.

Exceed customer service expectations in a consistent, timely and thoughtful manner.
Quickly and effectively resolve guest service issues; possess the innate ability to turn guest service problems into opportunities.
Experience coordinating, collaborating, and working effectively with other departments.
Maintains safe and clean Welcome Center, restrooms, and dry goods area by complying with William Chris Vineyards high standards.
Must be able to multitask and maintain a smooth flow at the Welcome Center.
Escort guests to their seats.
Punctuality and professionalism are other key factors for this position.

Supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment
Must be able to work in an environment that may involve exposure to extreme heat or cold.

Flexibility to work in multiple locations

Ability to stand for hours at a time
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. on regular basis
Ability to negotiate uneven, outdoor surfaces
Ability to work in various weather conditions, including hot and cold weather
Travel and remote work
This position requires on-site work on a regular basis
Travel to and from the main worksite (daily commute) is at the expense of the employee and is not considered time worked
Travel between sites during the workday is considered time worked
